The laboratory of drilling fluid LBR-1 (Laboratory LBR-1) is designed to control the parameters of drilling mud.
Mobile laboratories of drilling fluids are designed for operational measurement of parameters of drilling fluids (density, viscosity, static shear stress, fluid loss, pH level, sand content, etc.) and quality control of chemicals in a drilling rig.
Laboratory equipment allows the control of the following solution parameters:
- – filtration rate (water loss);
- – conditional viscosity;
- – density of drilling mud;
- – sand content in the sample;
- – gas content of drilling mud;
- – solution temperature.
Laboratory equipment allows the control of the following solution parameters:
– set for determining the colloidal clay component of drilling fluids;
– kit for determining the content of stabilizing reagents in the drilling fluid;
– kit for determining the quality of chemicals;
– a kit for determining the alkalinity of the drilling fluid and its filtrate;
– set for chemical analysis of drilling mud filtrate for total hardness and calcium content;
– set for chemical analysis of drilling mud for chlorine content;
– device for determining the static shear stress of drilling fluids SNS-2M;
– stopwatch.
